Introduction
Welcome to Try Morocco Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking and Payment
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 25 days before the tour departure date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Additional processing fees may apply.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by Try Morocco Tours due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Itinerary and Modifications
Try Morocco Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen factors to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
Any changes requested by the customer after booking may be subject to availability and additional costs.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Try Morocco Tours is not responsible for any personal losses, injuries, or medical emergencies during the tour.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Try Morocco Tours is not liable for personal injuries, delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or airline disruptions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas where applicable.
Health and Safety
Travelers should assess their physical ability to participate in activities included in the tour.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to inform Try Morocco Tours of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Code of Conduct
- All travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
Try Morocco Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous to others.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Moroccan courts.
