Day 1: Marrakech – Crossing the High Atlas, Visiting Ait Ben Haddou – Overnight in Boumalne Dades

Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, admire Berber villages and panoramic views. Stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Ait Ben Haddou, a famous fortified ksar featured in many films. Continue through Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Morocco,” before heading to Boumalne Dades, where you’ll spend the night in a traditional riad in the Dades Valley.

Day 2: Boumalne Dades – Exploring Todra Gorge – Arrival in Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, follow the Road of 1000 Kasbahs toward the spectacular Todra Gorge, a natural wonder with towering limestone cliffs.
